  Mark called before he came out. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. We thought we were going to have to replace the entire faucet but he was able to take it apart just replace a few springs and gaskets on the inside. It saved us a ton of money everybody knows right now that’s really important. I would definitely suggest you give them a try.

  This will be a mixed review. Initially my experience with this company was excellent. But after the phone call I just had with them trying to give them more business, I will never use this company again. The toilet repair I had done was good. Scheduling the appointment was easy. The technician was professional. The price was reasonable. The technician suggested that I get an estimate to re-pipe the house or the problem and recur. A couple of days later I called to schedule that appointment to get an estimate and the person who answered the phone said the guy who does the estimates will have to call you back. I said fine. Two weeks later, I haven’t heard from the company. So I called today to get a status when can I expect to hear about getting an estimate. The guy who answered the phone said the owner is the one who does the estimates and he’s busy out doing jobs so we don’t know when we’ll be able to get you an estimate. When I explained that I already called I was told two weeks ago somebody would be in touch with me can I at least find out an estimate of when I can get an estimate. He said I don’t think we want to do the work for you. It’s reasonable to ask for a timely response to when I’m going to hear from someone about when I can expect to get an estimate or at least be able to hear from somebody to schedule a time to get an estimate. Apparently this company is too busy to even get new business when it was their idea that I give them more business. I have to say I will never call this plumber for anything in the future. ETA: I was incorrect above. My first phone call to the office was 10 days ago, not two weeks. In response to the reply by the vendor, I did not become rude. I asked for a timeline of when I could expect to hear from someone to schedule a time to obtain an estimate. As it had been 10 days with no follow up call - for all I knew my previous message was lost. My last request for a timeline before I hung up was after he said I could pay for it (which, had there been ANY apology for the 10-day delay, I would have considered) and then he said they did not want to do work for me. I still maintain that 10 days is too long to go without a follow up - at least to say they still had my inquiry in line for review.

  As we explained to this customer the owner is the one who does the free estimates and due to staffing shortages/workload he is out working in the field so to clarify few things that this customer is leaving out. We did offer to take her information and pass this on to the owner, we also apologized and advised her that we did not have a time frame to give her the free estimate she wanted, we also advised her if she wanted a specific time and date we could schedule a service call to have a plumber come out and give an estimate, before we could tell her the service call would be deducted from the job if she wanted to go that route and if she accepted the proposal she became very rude and at that time the office staff told her we would rather not work for a customer that treats our employees in that manner, she then hung the phone up on our office staff.

  Mark is extremely professional cares about the quality of work he does he is very pleasant to talk with. He explains what is going on so that I can understand the problem. Whenever we call they always show up on time and get things done! Highly recommend Billy the Sunshine Plumber
