  Recently called this company about spare parts. This company doesn't mark up goods-(parts) to resale. Customer service representative said that if they weren't doing the install they wouldn't sell the parts. Instead of networking with other HVAC suppliers to help the end user customer this company decided to cut off its nose. I would not recommend them for any services.

  I highly recommend R.C. McCleary & Sons! Bob McCleary has been providing plumbing, heating/ac system repair & maintenance to my mother's house for many years. He is our go to repair guy!!! He has never let us down, and we are grateful. A couple years back, my mother, in her 90's, had let her oil tanks run dry. Bob was right there to find weekend delivery, and get everything up and running again. I highly recommend him!!! You won't be disappointed......he is also very pleasant to talk to, and is very kind to my mother!

  We just moved into a new home and after all the freezing weather our bathroom trap froze due to it being over an overhang. We tried to fix it ourselves but didn't have much luck. When we called the secretary was very nice over the phone. They came out within a couple of days. They were able to put the trap a little further inside so that hopefully it doesn't freeze next winter. The workers that came where nice, knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves. They also made sure to test their work properly to ensure there were no leaks. Additionally, their price was less than Ben Franklin Plumbing wanted to do the work and they came in under their initial estimate. So far they have made an excellent impression on us and they will be our go to people for any plumbing, heating or AC issues we have in the future!
