  We needed to have the coil replaced on our air conditioning unit. This has been an ongoing issue over a few years, with no resolution from Penstan Supply, the distributor, Rheem/Ruud, the manufacturer or other HVAC companies. Ryan came out the beginning of June, double checked the other "repairs" and diagnosed the system himself. It turned out that we needed a new coil -- he and Brad installed that coil in a matter of hours. They were pleasant and answered all of my questions, stopped to converse with our dog and cleaned up so that you would never know they had been in our home. The billing was fair, Lori in the office was a sweetheart and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a plumbing or HVAC contractor! This was the best experience we've had with a contractor in a long time!

  I cannot say enough good things about this place. Service is always top notch and fast. Repairs are efficient. They’ve been out on an emergency furnace repair, fixed and replaced plumbing. Always very fast to get to your home and resolve the issues.

  Home Depot charged for install of dishwasher waited weeks they show up and do not do installs. Called this company and she was super kind and helpful and sent a plumber out right away! Mom of 5 kids and super excited over a new appliance really appreciates the prompt response! Getting a garbage disposal next!
