  Ross has fixed my moms account and week I called after they open he was here when he said he would be he explained what he did answered all questions. He will usually explain each step and why so u have a clear understanding of what's going on. Ross -Owner I recommend to anybody.

  They were very fast and seemed great until we had an issue 4-5 months later. They told us one thing would be ok and rather than the owner admit that maybe one of his workers approved or suggested the wrong size of wiring he was denying and blaming us from the time they arrived! One year warranty doesn't mean anything! They charged us $128.00 to reset and do nothing. We on the other hand are going to have to buy another new breaker box, wiring, and misc. Which was expensive the first time! Beware especially when you spend $13,000 to them alone.

  Response from the owner

  At installation we informed the customer they needed proper wiring to match the unit's electric heat strip. The current electric wiring was adequate to operate the air handler itself. Customer opted to install this wiring themselves, upon which they were to contact us to finalize the hook up. This does not fall under a warranty since we are still waiting for this to be finalized. The charge was for extra work done to provide a minimal amount of more heat on the existing wiring.
