  Had a sewer back up and called them at 8:30am. They arrived at 8:50 and were done before 9:30. When you have something like this happen and you want fast service you don’t usually get it. These guys were on it! I appreciate their promptness and will only be using them in the future.

  First time I used them is was great. Then I called for another job and the lady who answers the phone said she would send some. I waited a week called again, she said she would send someone and asked if I would be home, I said all day. I waited, no one came. Called the next morning asking if they were coming or should I call someone else, she said I was on today's list. No one came or called that was two weeks ago. I wouldn't recommend Jim's plumbing at all. I thought it was rude and unprofessional to keep having me stay home waiting. All that was needed was to say they didn't have time, didn't want the job, but lying to me is unacceptable.
