These guys actually showed up, which is rare in this rural area.  They arrived when they said they would.  They were polite and courteous and diligent about their work.  When one new box of faucets was missing a part, they called their supplier immediately, and the missing part was brought to my home within a couple of hours.  They explained what they were doing and why they were doing it.  GREAT company and workmen.  Will definitely be calling them again.  Highly recommend.

We have used R&A five times now and they are by far the best plumbing service we have used since coming to TN. They are always on time and professional. We call them and recommend them without hesitation. If you need any plumbing work done these are the folks you want to go with.

This was the second time I have used R and A plumbing each time Misty was super friendly and professional on the phone. Jeff is a true professional at his craft. His craftsmanship is some of the best. While having work done he always takes time to explain what and why he did. I will not use any other plumbing company.

I was in a quandry. I had a leak in my wall behind the shower faucet..I had to turn off my water because of it. This was 130 pm on a Monday. I called them and Misty answered immediately and assured me she would reach out to Jeff and get right back to me. She called me right back and said Jeff would be at my house in 15 minutes and he was. He immediately knew what the problem was and left to get needed supplies for the fix. He was back with supplies and had my problem fixed and he was gone by 430. I was so relieved as I did not think I could get a plumber on that short  of notice to address and repair my leak. I have used this company for 3 different needs and they are always prompt and professional. I highly recommend them!!

We are so thankful for R & A Plumbing! When a valve on the main line to our stables cracked, they were able to get it repaired with hours inspite of the rainfall.

Highly recommend these guys. They replaced all my old water lines and all the drains under the house and inside. Installed 2 new outside spigots and 2 toliets. It was all completed in 11 hrs the day before Thanksgiving. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and professional.

As always Jeff is amazing. He found the source of the water leak immediately. I highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs!
