I've known Tommy for years. He is a hard worker and honest. Came out and pumped out my tank. He answered all my questions and gave me advice on what to do to help maintain the tank. I highly recommend Tommy!!

Needed to have septic located and was recommended to call Tommy at American Pumping. Was told to meet at the property early next day so I took off work. Tried calling Tommy to confirm he would be there, no answer. Went out to the property at specified meeting time, Tommy was not there. Waited 30 minutes and called again, no answer. Waited 30 more minutes no answer so I left. Received a text 45 minutes later stating he was busy at a job site and would contact me when he was done. Never heard anything.

All Tommy had to do was either let me know he would be busy so I didn’t take off work or answer the phone to let me know what was going on.

After we moved into our new home, we discovered a challenging issue with the septic tank.  (Hint: NEVER flush wipes - even if they say flushable!)  He was prompt and so helpful and patient as we worked together to get the issue resolved. We definitely recommend Tommy at American Pumping!
