  Had a hot water tank that was leaking from the bottom drain outlet in a tank that Quality plumbing had “leak tested” a couple of months ago and apparently passed their test. Went over to Quality plumbing with clear pictures of the leak expecting it to be a fast/inexpensive fix. They sent 2 technicians out to fix this problem. It took them 2 hours to switch out the faulty drain outlet. The majority of the time these two guys were joking around in the basement not getting anything done. So if you enjoy paying $120/hr to have two guys reminiscing about their high school glory days, this plumbing service is for you! Another thing to know about mirabito/quality plumbing is they will fill your oil tank without your consent when they are doing plumbing work on your house. Their billing process is atrocious as well.

  The Tech Josh was awesome! He replaced a water heater and added a water conditioner. He was professional, clean and worked hard. We will definitely use again!
