  Positive: Nothing. It's awful. Negative: Not clean at all. Tape on the walls, shower curtin was dirty, blood and smears onwalls, faucet in tub was messed up. We did not have any hot water for a day and a half. Able to take 1 shower before we left. Staff is rude and dirty. No service at all

  The stay was good but the manager was horrible and the way he handled things very rude!!!! I booked thru booking.com was given a total price and get to the hotel the price totally changes and he gives me no explanation and just says he can’t do anything about it. He then assigns me to a ADA room which I did not request and when I asked about that he says well it does not show in his system as a ADA room, mind you it has the ADA symbol on the door beside the room #, lower peep hole, bars in the shower, low closet railing and many other things that definitely indicates a ADA room. I ask for a regular ironing board because the one in the room is ADA accessible so it only comes up to my knees I am basically told they don’t have one to use that one smh. The room was fine but it definitely could use a good cleaning and remodel. it was just the managers attitude that was horrible and the reason I will never return and also cancelling the group booking for the 50 rooms we have later this year at this location.

  Very friendly staff & very helpful. The room was clean & the bed was comfortable & not hard as a rock. Indoor pool also, although we didn't swim. :) And they do have an elevator because we don't like stairs. ;)
