  Miracle workers! I hired two companies to fix my furnace with nothing but bills for service calls to show for it. Ricardo and Chris came out, identified the problem, and fixed my system. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. Ricardo called me a few days later just to check that everything was working correctly. What a refreshing experience!

  Heater stopped working Christmas Eve and Ricardo came over within a couple hours. He solved the problem, plus helped me fix an unrelated gas leak. Calibrated the system and now back to normal. He is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. I feel taken care of by a kind expert.

  Called another heating company in town last year to get my furnace fixed and never truly fixed the issue with my furnace. Called Q tech this year to look at my furnace that was not working again and Ricardo figured out the unique issue. My flute pipe had a bird's nest inside which was causing unusual diagnostic readings. He also figured out an issue similar to this for my parents who always call him for all of their rentals in town. I won't call anyone else in town ever again. Very friendly, fair, and nice. Goes the extra mile.
