  AZ Alternative Septic helped us resolve a very stressful situation when our septic system needed repair and the company that installed it would not even respond to our calls. They are one of the most professional companies I've worked with in the Flagstaff area. By that I mean: they responded to communication, they kept me informed as to what was going on, they were clear about what I should expect, they took ownership of the problem they were helping us solve, and they did what they said they would do. On top of that, they were nice to work with and their charges were very reasonable. I'd use them again and recommend them without hesitation. Unreserved 5 stars!
