Blake Spence and his assistant, Kamal, arrived promptly 12/9/21 for installation of faucets, garbage disposal and drains in sinks. They were efficient of our time and helpful in explaining what was needed and how to maintain the products. They made sure everything necessary was sealed, no leaks and products in working order before departing. They were professional and made sure old equipment was removed along with the packaging the new equipment came. They showed us the instruction/care manuals and made sure we understood the function of each product replaced. Thank you for sending them in such a timely manner during this holiday season. We have been using Pro Tech services for all of the 7 years that we have lived on Lake Oconee. They are an excellent choice for any mechanical repair and service needs that you have. We had a water heater go out and leak in our basement on a weekend. I called ProTech and the manager called me back in less than 30 minutes. Offered to come by and take a look immediately. He had someone at our first thing Monday morning. The replacement was done quickly and professionally. Service technicians were courteous and left the area spotless. I’d use ProTech again.
