I purchased a home a little over a year ago with one of their softener/carbon systems and was pleased to find out that, although an older system, it was a fine and reliable product. I finally had a chance to stop by the office and they thought I might need a carbon refill due to the service records. The following day the technician Chris came out and checked/cycled everything, tested the water, and determined the carbon was still good.  This saved me several hundred dollars. Thanks for keeping the customer needs above short term profits. Great customer service which has made me a loyal customer.

I live in the Lake Oconee area and needed a water softener unit and a reverse osmosis system for our drinking water. I contacted 3 companies and had them all come out to explain their features and to look at our setup.

Not only did Metro end up giving us the best number, but they also brought out their master plumber because we had a dicey plumbing issue. This was in advance of the installation because we wanted to make sure that the hookup we wanted was possible. The plumber had all the answers and we went ahead with Metro.

They scheduled our installation for a week out and were on time and ready to go. It went very smoothly and they were done in about 2 hrs max which included explaining how both systems operated. They even performed the drilling of the granite counter top, which was great because some firms won't do that.

Jared Norton, our Sales guy was very patient answering our questions and very professional. He followed up about a week after to make sure everything was operating well. I especially appreciated his efforts because I am in Sales and now a good, motivated, caring sales person when I interact with one.

I would highly recommend Metro, and am very glad I chose them and would do it again.
