  We had a broken pipe under our kitchen sink which needed to be replaced. Since it's Memorial day I was having a hard time finding someone who would be willing to come out. I called this company and spoke with a nice lady named Brenda. She got in contact with Glenn who said he could be out within an hour. He was here within an hour and a half and replaced the pipe within 30 minutes. We appreciate the very professional service that they provided especially on a holiday. The price was very reasonable. I definitely will recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing services.

  Had put in a call because my hot water heater died in my newley built house. Quick and painless swap out this was roughly 2 or 3 yrs ago Second hand my sub pump get clogged from house insulation and came out ASAP and cleared my issue up right away. Very professional and knowledgeable and for sure on my call first for major home plumbing issues.

  I hired Proper plumbing services to install new faucets for the my new sinks that came with my granite counter tops. I called them as i had used them once before and felt that they were fair. Unfortunately my previous experience was not evidence of future performance. Though the guys that showed up were very nice and respectlful they arrived at my house at approximately 1:00pm and did not finish until after 8:30pm. The job was only to reconnect new faucets to the new sinks after having been disconnected for the counter top replacements. I specifically asked if the job was by the hour as i had to wait twice (over 2 hrs) for parts that they did not have. Upon completion of the job it was a very big surprise when i was told they were charging me almost $500 dollars. I spoke with the owner who made mention of how long they were there and the complications of a 60/40 sink. Last i checked 60/40 sinks were quite common place and should not have been considered out of the ordinary. How he could even attempt to justify this price for the amt of work that should have been needed is beyond me. I am horrified and disappointed that this type of highway robbery is out there. Especially when you are attempting to give someone repeat business. I will never use Proper Plumbing services of Brandywine Maryland again and i would strongly advise that you steer clear of this company if you have any other alternatives.
