  Be warned worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The company is unorganized with no communication between the supervisor, dispatcher, and employees. I had an appointment to fix a leak and in the end I had to find a completely different company to do the work because for 3 weeks I was given the runaround. First, a plumber came out and said a part need to be ordered so I had to wait another week. The second time, a different plumber came out to fix the leak and didn’t know about the part that was supposed to be ordered. The third and fourth appointments, plumbers never showed to fix the leak. I spoke with the supervisor Dwayne he kept telling me he would call me back and eventually just started ignoring my call. I spoke with Don also who was apologetic but gave me misinformation that the plumber was just running late and would arrive soon but again no one came. I’m sure they don’t care about losing one customer but this could be you. If possible go with another company. A company that respects other’s time and their customers.

  On the coldest day of the year a pipe burst in my basement. Water was everywhere. I finally was able to reach AA Twins Plumbing after numerous attempts to get other plumbers. Dwayne answered at 10 PM and immediately came out and turned the water off. He isolated the water line so that the upstairs kept water. He returned promptly the next day and made permanent repairs. AA plumbing gave AA service. Thanks Dwayne

  I have never experienced such lousy service, after waiting for about FOUR MONTHS I called another company and got the work done. This company came through American Home Shield 🤬🤬😡😡
