  Major Build out: Whole House Salt Water Softener, Di-Ionized Water (DI), Tankless Install I feel for the amount I paid, was not worth what I got... 1) Told best crew (3) coming out. Took four visits with corrections and fixes. With a major one seen in the build of the blue injector pump blocking the gas shut off valve (corrected). Ozzy field supv corrected so much and IS the BACKbone to this company! 2) Pre/Post water pressure never taken? You have to know what you're starting with and how the designed system is actually doing its job or not. I ended up buying the Navien NPE240A2 (AWESOME company/product w/ Navicirc pump) but handicapped by the water pressure that starves it... I get 51psi on a good day and drops to 46psi with (2) showers running, but come high usage time of 5pm it drops to 41psi and would never dream of using both showers then! 3) Main water line in, PEX-A in wall to copper, could have been relocated to avoid the (6) 45's and 90's put into a 2' run. Everything adds up! I won't name names, but for having the best crew they came up short... Work looks good, but copper or not, I feel I got short changed. Typical plumbing stuff, I'm sure they're fine, but this was a tough pill to swallow and many calls trying to sort things out, with twice Matt/Supv not returning my call! Unacceptable!!!

  Stellar service from start to finish. We had a clogged toilet effecting the shower and found this company through Yelp due to the great reviews -- thank goodness Yelp did not disappoint. From contacting to scheduling they were professional and responsive. Alexis was thorough, professional, covid protocols from mask to even shoe coverings. Totally impressed as well as the knowledge from his supervisor regarding our plumbing and potential areas to consider in the long run. Overall the service conducted was well done! Thanks guys as plumbing is never fun but you made it easy!!

  Overall, I was pleased. We had major work done. A bit expensive but the workers were very professional. We asked if they could hook up a new bathroom faucet. Hector the lead guy came to do it. I was not home my brother handled it. Apparently Hector could not connect the faucet to our vanity and was frustrated saying we needed to get a new one. I can deal with that but he left that day without putting the old faucet back on and for 2 and a half weeks I had no sink. negligent. He also wouldn't give us a member price which was mentioned on the bill claiming we already got a big discount.
