  Attempted to use Procare twice for cleaning my port-a-jon. 1st time I was told they would be there in 3 to 4 days. It took 3 weeks following confirmation of service and numerous phone calls, all met with excuses ranging from family matters to potentially caving in my unit due to suction; eventually the job was completed. Given the stated family matters I gave consideration as to the impact on a small family business and decided to utilize them again. On April 9th I requested service, which was to be completed within a week. After 5 weeks and over a dozen conversations, still a no show, excuses ranging from inability to maintain employees and health matters to attempts at reciting previously dismissed issues of caving in unit and the potential of vehicles being in driveway. The driveway was clear, I even offered to work for them on call and intermittently if they were that short handed; after every excuse was addressed and no other reasons given, even altering service so they could just complete ASAP without notice, they failed to show. Over the 5 weeks I called 3 times or more per week, either leaving a message or speaking directly with an older woman. During this time I received one call from the service-man on Friday April 27th at 1:13 PM, which was returned at 1:20, 1:38, 1:43, repeatedly leaving messages and informing him that he could do the job anytime ASAP. They have no reason or excuse, simply failed to do the job by choice. A real shame, tried to utilize a local business to keep funds in this community to boost local economy. Finally, I had to get service from a company located 20 miles away in another county, A2Z Sanitation; scheduled me and was here on time for half the price.

  Every time we have needed them, they have been there for us. We call and they answer. And we usually get booked within 5 days. Excellant, polite service every time. Reasonably priced. THANKS SO MUCH !!!!!!! K Thomas - Rockbridge, OH

  Worst service EVER!!! Took my aerator 4 months ago to rebuild. Rarely answers the phone, no call backs. I called someone else to put a new one in and 3 days later, done. Never again
