Requested they come and diagnose my unit. Told them when scheduling it likely could be a warranty claim through my home warranty company but they could not move forward until a diagnosis was made. I made it clear on the phone that I wanted the unit DIAGNOSED only. I made it clear if any other work needed done it would need diagnosed, then discussed, then approved by me before moving forward. Although they advertise free estimates, I was informed charged I would be charged 75.00 for the visit. Ok, fair enough, no problem. Tech arrives, goes outside to the unit for 10 minutes, and comes back in and tells me I owe them 180.00 and informs me he decided to go ahead and tighten something. He did not give a bill or receipt for payment. He did not discuss any issue or additional cost to me before deciding to do so. I would not have approved any additional work, especiallyif it did not fix the unit or even make it operable.. I immediately reached out to the company by phone and email asking for a receipt/invoice for work done as well as asking why work was done without my approval, especially if it did not make the unit operable. I Requested a refund of the extra amount. I asked for the business owner to contact me. They never did. I reached out again over a week later, and I still have received no response

Did not use this business but did witness unprofessional & unnecessary behavior when they pulled up behind me in traffic. The light was red & I was like 4 cars back. They came up behind me honking like I could go anywhere sitting at a red light or make the light change faster. They continued to honk after it turned green because apparently the other people didn move fast enough. Not how people should act while in a company vehicle in my opinion.

I was charged almost $600 for ac repair, $140 of that was because they had to come back and fix it again because it wasn’t right the first time!!! Two days after it was “fixed” it started doing the same thing, they came back and charged me a second diagnostic and labor charge- that is ridiculous, also charged me a late fee on first job and I never received a bill for it, they sent both bills at the same time. Will never use this company again and will never recommend them!!! And I never leave bad reviews, that’s how much this company left a bad impression on me.
