  I am very pleased with this plumbing service!! I will call Proactive Plumbing first for any future plumbing needs. Mike had an opening in his schedule and came several days early…he is very professional and polite! My options were explained to me and he answered all my questions. He even saved me $50 on the bottom line. In addition to installing a new pressure regulator and expansion tank so the T+P valve did not leak, Mike took a look at a fireplace Gas Valve question I had. He’s a very knowledgeable and personable man!! I highly recommend his plumbing expertise at a very reasonable cost!

  Mike was a great plumber. He provided useful information prior to even choosing to go with Proactive. He was very knowledgeable and explained all possibilities and options during the troubleshooting phase. The work was done quickly and of high quality. I recommend Proactive plumbing service.

  We woke up Sunday to a flooded garage and an empty hot water heater. Mike at Proactive Plumbing has helped us before - but this time he came to our rescue on a Sunday! We called around 9:30 am and he was here by noon with a new water heater. He installed it and brought us up to code. Thank you!!! We really appreciated you coming out so quickly on a Sunday.
