  I have called on ASAP several times including for a busted pipe, a leak in the garage, and to replace a water pressure regulator. Every time they showed up fast, ready, and with everything they needed to fix the problem immediately. Great service, great pricing! I wouldn't call anyone else! I trust ASAP 100% for all my plumbing needs.

  Not only were they not “ASAP”, they never showed up at all! When they missed the two hour window they said they’d arrive in, we called to get an update and they said only, “a technician will call you when he’s on the way”. Two hours after that, we called again and got the same answer, with literally no explanation or even a reassurance that someone was actually going to come. The people we spoke with at the call center plainly did not care at all about getting someone out to our home. Definitely take your business elsewhere. We did.

  Ramon and Luis gave me great, fast, courteous service! I had a pool of water in yard. I managed to dig out the main sprinkler control valve and shut it off. Unfortunately, the water kept leaking. I realized it was the main water line and had to shut off the entire water line at the street. In order to use the water, I had to run outside and turn it on briefly and then turn it off. Thus, we needed repairs done quickly. They were able to come over about 2 hours after I first called (fortunately, they finished another job early). They had diagnosed the problem very quickly. During the original installation 17 years ago, the pipe was bent a bit to fit in the right place. That's evidently not unusual for copper pipes. But the weight of soil over time bent the pipe causing a leak. They were able to diagnose and repair the pipe within about 2 hours. Also, they did a great job cleaning up afterwards.
