  Justin was very professional and friendly. He also took the time to answer all of my questions and walk me through his process. I will absolutely be using him again. He also had a wonderful package deal for hot water heater flushes. I was very satisfied with the service I was provided.

  Justin was so great during the whole process of needing our water heater replaced. He came out the same day to replace our water heater, explained everything and really made it easy for us. He did a fantastic job! 10/10 would recommend and will use for all our plumbing needs!

  After my flooring installation, Justin replaced my toilets including replacing a line that was kinked. He caulked very neatly around the toilets. He replaced a deteriorating line to my icemaker. And he replaced my water heater which was showing signs of corrosion at the intake and had been leaking out the pressure valve. Justin was very polite, respectful of my property and explained the workings of the plumbing fixtures as he was doing the work. I will call Proactive Plumbing in the future for any plumbing work I need done.
