  Great company. Candidly, I was a bit surprised and concerned by the price quoted, as I was familiar with the part and repair. So I called and discussed with Manny, gave him the reasons for my concern, and the company adjusted the price as a courtesy. Luis did great work, he was on time, and Protech worked with me regarding my concern to make me happy, when they didn’t have to. I will definitely use them again and recommend them moving forward.

  The technician, Tom, started out by calling me and advising he was going to be earlier than originally anticipated. Contactors normally call to say they will be late, but I was pleased he'd be early. He was polite and respected me and my home. Tom was knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do to fix my AC. He double checked the temperature before he left to ensure it was cooling properly. I highly recommend ProTech. Thanks for your help Tom!

  Very good customer service received from Jay of Pro-Tech in service maintenance of our HVAC/heat pump unit. He thoroughly inspected the unit to find and resolve condensation line clog to get the unit running, and to identify a marginal motor, for which he later emailed a detailed replacement quote. He patiently answered all my questions with professional courtesy.
