  We needed a whole house, water supply pipe replacement for our old house. Ricky came to the house and inspected the job and gave us a very fair quote for the job. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Within a few weeks, the crew came to our house for the installation. Bryce, Austin, and Manny worked two days on the project and did a fantastic job. They were polite, very skilled, and professional. They went out of their way to answer all our questions and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. Plus at the end of the first day, they made sure we had a working bathroom, kitchen sink, and dishwasher that evening. It was very hard work but they did the job ably and efficiently. They are a very good team and did an excellent job. We highly recommend Pro-Tech!

  Technicians did an amazing job. Professional and extremely hard working. Very thorough job explaining how to operate system and all the work they did. Salesman Jeremy was great, he hooked up a portable unit for us until we had our unit installed.
