  Ryan the technician was great. He was very knowledgeable and professional. There is a lack of communication with the office. We waited 5 hours for The technician to come to our home only to find out he did not have the hot water heater on his truck. Wasted 5 hours of our day. I spoke to the office twice and they never informed me that the technician could not install the unit today but would have to return to complete the installation.

  Pro-tec installed our hot water heater and recirculating pump 4 years ago. We were having trouble with the temperature and they came out and diagnosed and repaired quickly. Brian was excellent. We were very happy with his work.

  We made an appointment with this company to come and work on a clogged sink. The company changed the time of the appointment from between 1 and 4 to between 2 and 4. At 4PM no one showed up. At that time we called and were put on hold while the dispatch called the plumber. We were informed that they were not coming. They preempted our service because they got extra work in Bonita Bay. They then proceeded to re-schedule us for between 1 and 4 the following day, not first thing in the morning. This was our first and last experience with this company and I will let everyone know not to call them. We have scheduled the work to be done by another company.
