  The water heater at my place of business rusted out completely. My boss tasked me with finding someone to replace the water heater. The first couple of companies wanted a very high dollar amount to install a new water heater so I turned to Angie's list (now known as Angi's). Priority 1 Plumbing and Drain Services answered my call right away and it was a very pleasant experience from the beginning. The service technician was professional and knowledgeable. He came within 2 days and did the install. When he left there was no evidence that he was even there - except that we now have hot water again. The install was complete and did not go over the estimate that was given before the work was started. A very efficient and pleasant experience. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for plumbing services either for a residential or commercial property.

  We had a pipe burst in the middle of the night. I called and received a call back immediately. They were very professional. I was told the technician would call me first thing in the morning to give me an arrival time. Received a call at 8:00am and the technician arrived at 8:20. He was great, found and repaired the pipe as well as replace our main shut off valve that was not fully functional in an hour and a half. The technician was very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. He didn’t even mind our corgi who was very interested in the repair. Cost was very reasonable. I am very impressed and will definitely recommend Priority plumbing! Will be using their services for all future plumbing needs.

  These guys were THE BEST! My husband and I had a clogged main pipe on a Saturday evening. I called Priority 1 Plumbing and they answered the phone on a Saturday night and scheduled a repair service for us the very next morning on Sunday first thing in the morning! Paul and Mike our technicians were friendly, on time, and very knowledgeable. Their service was quick and competitively priced! I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone that wants a good honest plumbing company!
