  Our AC unit stopped working less than 6 months after we moved into our home. It was blowing but there was no cold air. Patrick came and identified a leak in the unit and tried to repair it. Unfortunately it didn’t work and a few weeks later we didn’t have cold air again and Patrick came back and did a much larger repair and even credited us money from the previous repair since it didn’t work. We can’t recommend DM Select enough. So thankful for Patrick, he brought our barely 6 year old AC unit back from the dead ultimately and saved us from having to purchase a brand new unit. Super nice, professional and no BS which we really appreciated. We will 100% call them for any future needs.

  Very pleased with the work that Patrick from DM select performed this morning. We had a malfunctioning HVAC condensate pump that caused significant water damage. The customer service is excellent. Patrick took the time to educate me on what caused the problem and fixed it. An excellent technician and an excellent company.

  AC unit went down in my rental property. I should have called DM Select first but called and waited on another company that was a no-show! I searched and found DM Select on Google who were great. They had my AC back up and running within a matter of hours. Thank you!
