  Had a busted spout and water would not shut off...called everywhere looking for a plumber and no on was available same day!! I called prince’s plumbing and they got someone out same day. Angie was awesome, she walked me through what to do Until the tech. arrived. When the tech Charles arrived he was super helpful, and fixed the issue. Will definitely recommend this company and

  This review is a couple of weeks late but it needed to be done. Had an emergency situation after the snow storm, called to see when and if someone could make it to the house. The person that answered was extremely helpful and did everything that they could to see when they could get there. The appointment was made for the next day but they called and said we can get you in later the same day. Was very appreciative and thankful. Shelby did an amazing job. Very helpful, explained what she was doing and made sure that everything was fixed and working before she left. Will use them again in the future if service is needed.

  If I could give zero stars I would. Three different guys came out over the course of two days and checked for what was causing the toilet and bathtub to be clogged. Three days and $500 later the toilet isn’t fixed nor the bathtub. To finish the job they wanted another $1,000. Pretty much they took advantage of the situation. Don’t use them ever!
