  This is my fourth year using Be Sure for my annual backflow testing. I forget when it's due and that it's due every year. However, Be sure calls before hand to remind me, schedule, and invoice me every single time. It's extremely convenient, no time off work, no remembering when, no meet for payment. Just schedule and pay over the phone. Their professionalism is always A+. Thank you Be Sure, talk to yall next year!

  I used them for the first time to this summer for my annual backflow test. Speedy and efficient service then. After the snow and ice storm, my Backflow started leaking terribly while I was on duty Saturday. Called them first thing Monday morning and they came out early that afternoon. Took barely 30mins for them to find and repair my backflow issues. I’m so satisfied! Would highly recommend them to any and everyone!
