  My hot water heater started leaking today and Preferred Plumbing was recommended. I called at 1:00 today and had someone at my door 30 minutes later. My water heater was old so I was told I needed a new one. I figured he would come back next week to install it and he told me someone was on their way with a new one. A few hours later, I had hot water again! I can’t say enough good things about Preferred Plumbing. Carla answered the phone and was so nice and Willie, the installer, was super friendly and professional. I enjoyed talking to him while my water heater was draining. I would give them 10 stars, everything from start to finish was done professionally and there weren’t any problems. I’m very impressed with Preferred Plumbing and highly recommend them for all plumbing problems.

  Willie with Preferred Plumbing came on time. He diagnosed and fixed our issue quickly and efficiently. He gave us a fair estimate up front without trying to sell any bells and whistles. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be using this company from now on. If you need good work done, ask for Willie with Preferred Plumbing.

  I had my countertops and sink replaced. I scheduled Preferred Plumbing but I had to reschedule due to install issues. Preferred plumbing was very flexible with my reschedule. The workmanship was great and offered fantastic customer service. They explained everything upfront and had no surprises. I highly recommend Preferred Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.
