EXCELLENT SAME DAY SERVICE! Of course, when the first three 85°+ days came in May, our A/C was not "blowing cold". I called Heritage H/C was listed as 24/7 service. 1 hour before our scheduled service call, I received a text message with a clear photo and short personal bio of the technician who would soon visit our home. The friendly/polite technician arrived early and asked if I needed him to wear a mask, no need, I'll keep a 6ft distance. He first explained what needed to be fixed, offered several solution options and had our house cooling within 15 min of his arrival. I love the overall professionalism of this company and highly recommend.

EDIT after speaking with Jim, owner of Heritage: He worked hard to make things right from my review below. He didn't blame or make excuses. I respected his kindness, understanding, and willingness to come back to my house and fix the issue. Mistakes will happen in any service business, but Jim's integrity stood out to me as exceptional. Original review: They've done multiple jobs for me at different properties until I finally had to find someone else due to them breaking more than they fixed. 1. Furnace repair, said I needed a $4800 replacement. Left furnace disassembled and trash all over basement. Hired another company for $350 and it is fixed. 2. Installed new HVAC in home for $8300. Gaslighted me saying the lack of airflow upstairs was because "its hard for cold air to go up." I discovered the ducts were actually completely shredded and all the cold air was going into the roof. They did not install the condensation drain correctly. Thank god it had a safety mechanism that cut it off to prevent pumping CO into my house. They came to repair it when I called and gaslighted again saying it was "just a dirty filter." Eventually they fixed the drain and now there is a pond of water in my crawl space because their plumbing joints all leaked. 3. On the final repair, one of their hvac techs showed up to my house reeking of alcohol and acting completely unprofessional. I tried to work with them and they're always nice people, but after discovering the pond in my crawl space today...I had to move on.

I am disappointed that you had this type of experience with my company, this rarely happens and it is unfortunate that it happens at all. As I said, should you need services at any time, call the office and I will come out myself to address any issues. The alcohol related incident has been investigated and resolved, permanantly! This is absolutely not tolerated by our company and I am grateful that it was brought to my attention sooner rather than later. We do all that we can to vet our employees but sometimes previous unknown and unidentified issues rear their ugly head. Thank you for your business and comments. Patty and the team at Heritage never disappoint on providing excellent customer service and fast response times. I’ve used this company for 4+ years and there’s never been a time I felt I was overcharged. I’m most impressed with the service reminder text which includes a picture of the technician and a brief bio. In today’s world, it’s always comforting having a face and name of whom to expect. I can’t sing this companies praises enough! Good, honest, hardworking people are hard to come by and they’ve definitely proved themselves.
