  Simply put, Fred and his crew of journeymen plumbers ARE THE BEST! We have used Preferred Plumbing many times over the last 5 years for various repairs to our home. All the plumbers at Preferred have more than 30 years of experience. They are honest, reliable and punctual and get the job done right the first time. They are not out to upsell you or overcharge. The plumbers at Preferred have always found ways to save us money and lower their charges. We have always been very happy with the service that Preferred Plumbing have provided us over the last 5 years and we will continue to use them. Don't waste your time and money on the TV plumbers, call a real plumber.. Call Preferred Plumbing.

  Mr. Stone, You called our office yesterday 1/13/2021 regarding a home you had just purchased and you were asking me questions regarding plumbing code violations. You had no valve that would shut off the water to the home and you had low water pressure. In my attempt to help you make your decision on how you wanted to pursue your plumbing issues I asked several questions to make certain that if you retained our services we could facilitate your request. The 2nd phone call from you was to confirm you did want to us to come out and help you find the water shutoff to your home and make an effort to increase your low water pressure. You also mentioned that this house had a slab leak and had been re-piped and it was your opinion that it was not to code. You retained our services to come to your home on Friday 1/15/2021between 11:00 to 1:00. You just called us approximately 1 hour ago to cancel the service request and asking for an estimate on a re-pipe. You told me than you had someone out and the water pressure regulator was now reading over 120 PSI which is not low but excessive and then you told me that the slab leak had not been repaired! I asked if you had other Vendors out to your home to confirm what you were sharing with me and you said yes. You also told me that you were trying to do this work on your own. I know that you are not a Professional Contractor and you sound very frustrated during your phone calls about your newly purchased home. I must ask these questions in hopes of providing you with correct answers to your questions. Because of your frustrations you said you would call me back but instead you have to post a bad review. We have been in business in San Diego for over 40 years. Mr. Stone you do not sustain in business for that long by being hard to work with. We did not provide a service for you nor were you charged for all the free advice and time I spent with you on the phone. Please re-consider your questions you ask for the next Vendor and I do hope it works out better for you!
