  I was recommended this company by my building manager for my apartment to address a leak in my kitchen sink and bathroom tub. And would not write this unless I feel it needed to be said. Not living in the area I relied on communication to confirm the work was done. Appointment one: to address tub leak needing a water shut off in the building, next day received call the leak was fixed. Going to visit the unit a week later the leak still remained. A few months later we set up appointment number two for the sink and tub: I called the next day to follow up and was told all is fixed. I was able to visit the unit a week later and both leaks remained. Confused I called and asked to speak with a manager. I was given two contacts Stephanie manager and Tony president of company. I spoke with Stephanie once and she said she would review my file and call me back, no call back was made, Each time I called I was told they were busy and would call me back later to address this issue. I never received a call back, this went on every day for a week me trying to get someone to let me know what’s going on and getting no answers. Finally was able to speak with tony who said he was personally going to the unit with the original contractor to address this, he confirmed the leaks were still there and said he would have it fixed the upcoming Monday (this call happened on Friday) I asked for a call or video or even have the building manager come up to confirm the work was done and was told this was no problem. Monday came and went with no calls or attempt to contact me. I called again on Tuesday where tony and Stephanie were not available so I asked to check on my work order, I was told the job was marker as complete and I would receive an invoice for the work. Later that day I received the invoice but also a video from the unit occupant of the tub still leaking...I called the company back and express I wouldn’t not be paying anything and the work still was not done. They said that’s fine don’t pay it and concluded our business. The lack of communication was absurd, if there is an issue or the job isn’t done then just but transparent with the situation, This entire encounter was Completely unprofessional and to tell a client a job is done when it clearly isn’t is ridiculous and time wasting. Clearly I would not recommend.

  Repair man came when he was scheduled. He called first to say he was close. He looked at the outside bibb that's been leaking. He explained what he was going to do, turn water off, go under house, etc. About 30 mins later he was done. Thank you for setting a quick appointment, showing up and fixing the problem.

  We have used Precision Plumbing for the past two years whenever we have needed a plumber. They have been responsive, great to deal with, and have done quality work. The attached picture is from an E1 call where a pipe burst under the driveway. They were able to dig it out without having to bust through the concrete. Thanks guys!
