  I have had two experiences with Precision Plumbing in roughly 4 years. I just had Precision replace three toilets and four bathroom sinks during a recent update to my house. Nothing but a professional, friendly, courteous experience at a great price. The toilets and sinks are perfect. The area was clean when they left and they took care of the disposal of the old toilets and sinks without any charge. My previous experience was four years ago when my wife and I had my kitchen remodeled. The entire remodel was intensive and required relocating the pluming and drain line, plus a gas line, which in the end required some concrete removal and re-installation for the plumbing portion. We were a little nervous but the owner was extremely knowledgeable about the rules and code and we never had any issues with the inspections. As I've learned in the past, there is no substitute for experience. I would highly recommend to anyone.

  This is an update to my experience with Precision Plumbing. I thought they had fixed my swap cooler problem however after a week, the swamp cooler flooded, causing my ceiling underneath it to get ruined. I called them and they came out and said a hose came loose and had placed a clamp on the hose. 2 days later another flood of my ceiling with water all over. I called once again and he said they would be out but never showed up. I called again and the owner said the reason the guy never showed up was because he (the owner) as in a grocery store and had to take a "crap"?! What does THAT have to do with someone showing up??? Very, very unprofessional! I called back yet again when no one showed and this time no answer only to go to a voice mail that was full. I texted this number as I could tell it is a cell number but nothing. Called again and the same thing. Now I have to get my home owners insurance involved as my ceiling no doubt could collapse/mold, etc due to the flooding caused 2 times by these crazy and incompetent people at Precision Plumbing. BE WARNED!!!

  My hot water circulator wasn't working, I called a different plumber who looked at it and said he had one and he shut it off, charged me $135. and left, didn't even try to fix it. I called Precision and he came out saw that it was shut off, turned it on and did not charge me. Thank you. Working Great.
