I’ve had to deal with this company to attempt to fix my refrigerator multiple times. I finally had to request to use a different company since there’s been multiple times I have had scheduled appointments with Kings Appliance and they don’t even show up. I had to call them every week to see if the part for my fridge was in. I finally called again and they said they would look to see if it had came in the week before and would let me know. After 2 more days and still no word from them I called again and they did have it. So they had my part for over a week and didn’t even tell me. Long story short, the company is a waste of time and customer service is horrible. They won’t show up when you’re expecting them and then they won’t fix the issue anyways. It’s been 5 months of basically doing their job for them communicating with Frigidaire and checking to see if they have the parts in. Better off using a different company from the start.

Home warranty place scheduled these guys. After reading the reviews online, coupled with my phone interaction with them to schedule the service, I was very apprehensive about them. Technician showed up a little late but heard the sound my dishwasher made and knew instantly what the problem was. He was respectful and professional. Made the repair in less than 15 minutes.

I have had Kings Appliance out to fix several of my appliances. the last straw was the stove leaking gas which he never fixed. kept telling me it wasn't my stove and finding out IT WAS MY STOVE leaking gas because the kind gentleman form South west Gas company came by and actually fixed the stove for me for free. Then I'm still waiting for a part for my dishwasher which I put a claim in in September 2020....4 months later he still can't locate the part. he said it's hard to find. This is a 2020 dishwasher not a 1957 buick . I will never ask them for help ever again
