  We have had a leak for a while now and the plumber couldn’t find it. He recommended a leak detection company that couldn’t get us in for 6 weeks. We called Kevin and he came out the same day. He was quick, efficient and extremely thorough on explaining and finding the issue. He went above and beyond to help us with this stressful situation. Would highly recommend his services.

  We started with another company that couldn't get to our water main leak for a full week. We are now glad they were so busy, as it prompted us to keep searching, and we stumbled onto PLD. Kevin, the owner, was responsive, prompt, professional, and honest. Using sound waves he traced the water flow from the water main to the house, to quickly isolate and expose a segment of cracked PVC (2 ft deep), all the while taking time to discuss his methods for locating the leak. Turns out Kevin is actually an engineer that just really enjoys this business. Lastly, as for the cost, I'm pretty sure the other leak company would have charged us 20-25% more, plus Kevin recommended an affordable plumber to make the repair, saving us some more money.

  Kevin is an expert at leak detection. He gave me several recommendations where the water leak may be. After about 5 minutes he located the problem. I highly recommend this company!!! GREG- Sunset Development
