  Heath Septic installed our septic tank. When we moved into the house, the tank had not been maintained in a while. I called Heath Septic twice and left two messages. He never called back. So there is still a giant puddle in the back field where their septic system is. If I could give a NEGATIVE STAR I would.

  Called for services and was very responsive and knowledgeable but took 2 visits to fix a simple electrical wiring issue. After the service my test switch on pump alarm was not working and they said they would be back to fix it and never returned. Paid for extra service to fix a broken drain field valve which does not work. Company won't call me back or answer text messages. Was going to have them add in a 2nd septic unit for a metal building but they are now unresponsive.
