  We had the main water line in the yard to our place of business which broke due to being frozen because of all of this cold weather. Practical Plumbing sent Samuel Dixon for a FREE and I really mean FREE estimate the same day we called. He determined the location of the break; got approval from my boss and hand dug about 15 feet of line up and hooked up a new line in place and even added a new shut off, was very informative in showing me where and how to use the said shut off, even explained why we should use the shut off in case of an emergency. They did a very neat job they wore shoe covers and masks when inside of the building. I will highly recommend them. Chris was also great he did a great job cleaning up. They did not leave a mess at all! Thank You Practical Plumbing for being there when we needed~when nobody else would even answer the phone. They are my plumbing company from now on.

  Had a clogged sewer pipe that I called late in the day for. When everyone else told me it would a week min Practical Plumbing had someone there within a couple of hours. Sam and Chris worked well into the night trying to get me unclogged. They were very upfront about the condition on the old sewer that we had for our house (70ish years) and went ahead and gave us a quote to redo the line. We decided to have them come out the next day and to our surprise they had us scheduled in and had the repair done in record time. Will def be recommending them to anyone who plumbing serviced in the area, they were professional, prompt, and fair with pricing. Thanks a ton guys!

  Thanks To The Practical Plumbing Team. Sam Raul Chris George was amazing. They explained every problem in detail. After work was completed checked all repairs for leaks in entire system. Didn’t leave any trash or water spots. Thank you guys for your excellent service repairs and customer service. Would definitely recommend this plumbing company for any plumbing issues.
