  On December 30th I called Action Well & Pump services at 1:30pm because I had no water. Heather responded quickly and told me someone would be there this afternoon. The service tech was thorough and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and was able to install a pressurized tank right then and there. Yeah! We had water again. I wish I could have remembered the service techs name he was awesome. We were extremely pleased and impressed with the service we received.

  NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL! The woman who answered the phone was not nice or helpful. I just wanted to ask a question. I was desperately seeking help and answers. She kept telling me the only thing she could do was come out and put in her equipment. I just had a general question about submersible pumps. NO HELP!! I will live without water before I call them or use their services. I did get answers from one of their competitors who was so very nice!

  Angela, I’m sorry that happened to you our secretary is usually overly nice. We do get a lot of calls from people thinking we are a different company so maybe you didn’t really call Action Well. If you did unfortunately for legal purposes we can’t really tell you how to fix your issues over the phone. We can definitely tell you what it will take to fix the problem since we’ve been in the well business for over 30yrs. We can also tell you an estimated cost to fix it. We are more than happy to schedule you for a service call to assess your situation. We do carry a fully stocked truck so we are prepared to fix your problems after we determine what’s wrong. But it sounds like you are not a customer of ours so we are confused as to how you can leave a review? And who knows did you even speak to someone at Action Well and Pump.   Mitch was a great pleasure to work with. We are new to having a well and he was very helpful. Any issues we have I will be sure to call them. Very good company
