  He was extremely nice. He answered all the questions I had. Was very thorough in explaining what was wrong and how he was fixing it. I will definitely call him again with any more problems I may have and refer anyone to him.

  Appalled by his actions. Told me to call someone else and never call him again and hung up on me all because he didn't agree with me when I said the problem wasn't fixed the first time and needed him to come back. He stated his warranty ends when he gets back in his truck Difantly use a different Plummer
