  I needed a sewer line dug up, roots removed, and sewer line replaced. BPS came out, on time, and got the job done with minimal damage to the ground around the work site. They were very responsive getting me a quote, getting a time scheduled, and answering questions after the job was done. I will definitely use them again.

  After gouging me on the rough plumbing when my house was under construction. Most plumbers charge $500-$600 per hole for a whole house finished complete with fixtures. Ballard charged me $933 per hole which was over $27,000.which only included the Roughing in No shut offs no gas lines no outside Spicket’s basically running pipe or tube. When I asked him to come back to finish he never called I had to call him to find out he wasn’t interested. This company gouged me and had no reason to do so. When I talk to the owner several times his attitude was that’s just the way it is.

  We've used Ballard on three different occasions and they are always smart, professional, friendly, and honest. I trust them with my home and they are so easy to work with. They will tell you exactly what's going on and even play with the dogs who bother them while they're trying to work! I only wish they did everything: heating and air, painting, the works -- I'd call them every time!
