  When Steve came to bid my basement bathroom I noticed I had a small water leak from a nail that went into my my cold water line while I was framing. He promptly went to get his tools and came back to fix my leak. During the rough in for my bathroom, he was prompt and finished his work within the time he bid. The pricing was right as well. I recommend Pollard Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

  The Pollards were great to work with while we worked on their box van. We did the decals on the sides and back. I highly recommend them and their company to help you with your plumbing needs.

  When I had discovered a water leak in the manifold, in my basement, I immediately started contacting plumbers and leaving messages. HOWEVER, when I called Pollard Plumbing, my call was immediately answered by Vanessa, who was super friendly and instantly got to work trying to arrange for the plumber to get out to help me. Luckily for me, they are located in my neck of the woods, so he arranged his schedule to come out to my home first thing, before his other jobs. He arrived within 20 minutes of my call, quickly assessed the situation and was able to ascertain that a pipe connecting to the manifold just needed to be tightened, which stopped the water leakage immediately. He showed me how to tighten the parts in the event that they become loose and leak again, and where to buy the necessary parts to do the job myself. When I asked him how much I owed him for coming out he responded, "It's on the house. We don't sweat the small stuff!" I was shocked by his generosity, helpfulness and willingness to help our family out. It really was a small fix and took seconds to diagnose and fix, but I was so grateful he had come out to our home so quickly, spent the time teaching me what to do, and then didn't charge us. It is practically unheard of for a skilled professional to do something free of charge. I was so impressed by this kind of care, professionalism and customer service. I will absolutely use Pollard Plumbing for any future plumbing needs we may have!
