Excellent experience with JBK. They were able to get out same day (which is unheard of) and replace our water heater. The new one looks great and works better. They kept the area nice and clean leaving it better than they found it.

The service, price, value, and response time was great. He replaced our water heater, gave us fair pricing, was quick to respond to our emergency. Very professional, great work, and we will use him for all our plumbing needs in the future.

Josh did a great job! Great price and very happy with service. Installed new water heater same day I called. Explained maintenance tips and took the time to go over everything.

Price for service was hundreds under quotes from other plumbers.  Service was excellent.  He spent extra time, both on the phone when we contacted him and at the time of service, to explain and show us details of our new water heater.  He modified some of the plumbing to bring it up to code without charging extra.  He was considerate to wear a mask while in our house and took extra precautions to keep things clean.  Wish we would have found him earlier.  Will definitely use him again for any plumbing issues.

After calling several plumbers who were all booked a week out, Josh was able to come and fix our main water line within a couple days and get our water running again! He did a great job, and helped us know how to make sure we didn't have that problem again.

Josh is the best plumber and one of the best professionals I've ever worked with. He seriously went above and beyond the call of duty. He came out to my house on short notice and went through a lot of trouble getting parts in a short time frame to complete the important job that he did for me. Honest, reliable, quick service.  My water heater went out Sunday morning,  I called Josh mid morning Monday and had my new water heater installed by early Monday afternoon.  The three other plumbers I called would have made me wait for at least another two days including one company who claimed they install the same day if you called by noon!

Also, Josh was the only to ask me when my original water heater was manufactured. Turns out the old water heater was still under warranty and Josh was able to get me a new water heater for a lot less due the remaining warranty.

I would recommend Josh and JBK Plumbers to anyone who needs their water heater replaced!

We recently had an emergency with our water system that we didn't realize was happening until we ended up with no water at all. Josh was very kind and patient with our dilemma. He gave us the best bid on the work, and then squeezed us into his schedule so he could get our water back working for us as quickly as possible. Excellent work and very honest and straight-forward.
