I needed my septic tank pumped out because I didn't do it for 6 years and my drains started to back up. I spoke to the office around 8am and by 11am they already were here and had it done. The guy that they sent was very professional and really fast. I chose them because their Google reviews were better than all the other companies in my this area.

Plummer’s tech- Brent was on time, clean cut and very professional-personable. I would highly recommend this company for service. We purchased our home 4-5 yrs ago and didn’t know where the tanks were located. Plummer’s used underground cameras to locate our tanks. They we’re definitely hidden. A few other guys came out to assist-both we’re also very professional. It’s nice when a company cares .

We had first contacted Plummers in October to have our septic system pumped and inspected. We didn't even know where the tanks and lids were, but they found the tanks in no time. Of course, this was an added cost, but they told us about it when we first talked to them. They pumped and inspected the system and remarked that it was in great shape for a 20+ year old system. Forward 5.5 months, our basement flooded, it turns out we had sewage backing up into it. Thinking it was a broken pipe, we contacted another company, they came out but thought it was just a plugged drain, but, in order for them to do any work, we had to pump our septic system. We told them that it was done 5 months ago, they opened the tanks up and looked, but they still insisted saying that there was way too much water in the tank.. OK, we called Plummers, they came out, (same guy), he and I looked at the tanks, he even put his head into the tank and took some pictures, and said that our tanks were fine, they were not anywhere close to full, showed me a picture where the drain was a good 6" above the water line. I noticed that Plummers does drain cleaning as well, I asked the technician about it, he doesn't do it, but called the main office and was able to secure the drain cleaning technician to come out the same day. He said that the drain inspection and cleaning would be about the same as the pumping cost. The drain tech came out within the hour, inspected the piping from the septic tank up, discovered some issues, but ended up trying to open the drain from the house. It was a stinky, messy job, but he worked hard and was able to get our system cleared out. Both workers stood out in their knowledge, friendliness, professionalism, and their willingness to answer my questions and allow me to learn. When the bill came out, to our pleasant surprise, since the pumper didn't have to pump, we didn't get charged anything. The cleanout bill was just as the pumping technician said. Whether the cost was high or low, I can't say, but I know that we can now use the shower and toilet as normal people, and I have been given suggestions from the Plummers techs as to what we should do in the future. Highly recommended!
