Tera and Mike are both amazing, we had some issues with first installation service work but Tera kept at it until they made it right, which seems to be rare these days.  This business has EXCELLENT customer service, Tera kept at it until we were happy!  Mike was totally awesome and redid the work like it should have been done to begin with.  Mike knows his stuff for sure and it's clear he loves his work!  We are super happy with our service now. Photo is the finished work, so much better than the previous attempt.

Thanks Mike & Tera for making it right!  Your company will go along way especially with this type of invaluable customer service!!!  The owner is very lucky to have two amazing employees working for him with Mike & Tera.

Technician was on site within 2 hours of contacting Mountaineer Plumbing.  The receptionist was cordial and quickly set up the appointment.  Our technician, David, was courteous and thorough in diagnosing the problem.  He gave us three options for repair.  We settled on the most complete and cost effective repair.  The leak was fixed.  We do have drywall repair, but that was to be expected.  We highly recommend Mountaineer Plumbing.

We had a plumbing emergency this week. We had no idea who to call so my wife called Mountaineering.
The woman who answered the phone was nice and helpful.
The guy who came out texted on his way over. When he got to the house he was very nice. He got the job done quickly and got a reasonable price.
He even showed one of our adult children what he was doing in case he might be interested in going into plumbing.

My sump pump failed and they were available for same day service, were here within an hour, and went above and beyond to service my house.  The pump had to be replaced and the pit was very dirty - Mike and Danielle cleaned it out the best they could and removed several inches of mud and debris from when the house was built on top of replacing the pump and making sure it worked well and drained all the water from below the house.

The repair was expensive but I think for the parts and labor and everything they did it was a very fair price, and it saved me thousands in potential damage to our finished basement.

Their service was exceptional and I would recommend them to anyone who has need of their services.  They are very knowledgeable and happily helped educate me throughout the process.  They went above and beyond on this service call.  Thank you Mike and Danielle!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Our toilet was leaking and needed the seal replaced. Mountaineer was able to come on December 23. David was professional and knowledgeable. He gave us options for the repair with a range of costs. He was fast, cleaned up after himself and made suggestions for drying up the floor under the tiles. I like that the company sent his picture so we could know what the person they sent would look like. I've not used this company before but will call them again. Great service.
