  I needed a new shower body installed, and chose Plumbwell Services. Speaking with Andrew was a pleasure, as he is extremely courteous, fair in his pricing, and incredibly prompt in his scheduling; I needed help fast and he assured me that he "would make it happen," and he did! He also kept me informed by text or phone and I could always reach him, if I needed to. That means a lot to a customer... The service tech was Chris, who was amazing...efficient, kind, down-to-earth and a true gentleman...he went the extra mile in any number of ways. I was so impressed by his goodness! I very highly recommend this company--they are reliable, professional, efficient, honest, and just a super company to work with!!! I am a new customer, but will always call this company, from now on, for all my plumbing needs. "Exceptional" is their middle name! Gerry in East Norwich, NY

  This family-owned company is phenomenal..when I needed two pumps replaced from our recent storm, Bob was the only one that agreed to come to my house on a holiday weekend. His son Jack did a great install. Two days later when another issue arose not related to the installation, his son Andrew came promptly and did what was needed to fix the issue temporarily until the guys came the next morning to secure the piping..I am so grateful to them for not only being responsive but for their integrity..its hard to find good folks to do this work, and I will definitely use them in the future.

  I'm a little late with my review. I had a leak under my kitchen sink and Andrew (I think) was a pleasure to speak to. You would have thought we were old friends from school LOL. Bryan came and did an excellent job repairing my sink. He was also a pleasure. I will definitely use them again we in need.
