  Working with Mr. Pipe has made our first time home owners experience a little less stressful. In less then of being in our home we had a water main break, our ac unit needed to be replaced, & we had issues with our main bathroom.. Gary and his team as been there to help fix it all. I definitely recommend using this company, wouldn’t think to go anywhere else !

  (Sorry in advance for the lengthy review- hopefully it can save others from unnecessary inconvenience and headaches) I had the unfortunate experience of having to use Mr. Pipe who was hired by my contractor to install wireless thermostats in the first floor of my home. After their installation, immediately afterwards the heat on the 2nd floor was blaring and wouldn’t turn off and we had no hot water. I called their office that Friday and was promised a call back by the end of the day knowing I had heat and hot water issues. Surprisingly they never called back so I spent the weekend with heat I couldn’t turn off and no hot water. They sent Gary back on Monday late in the afternoon( I guess having no hot water isn’t a big deal to them) and bizarrely he blamed the issue on us, saying it’s an old house and we have old wires. Mind you we never had any issues and now ironically after their work we have heat AND hot water issues. His solution was to charge us 1100 dollars for an additional wireless thermostat for the 2nd floor. This company doesn’t stand by their work at all and instead looks for other ways to scam people out of their money. If you are thinking of hiring this company save yourself the headache and find a different company. I understand mistakes happen but acknowledge them and correct them. Simple. Leaving people with small children with no hot water for days is just unacceptable. To make it even worse they wanted to charge us for their error. The entire experience with Mr. Pipe was awful. Not only is their work terrible but they aren’t even friendly people. They are rude and condescending. The only saving grace for us was that my contractor paid for their terrible work and for the errors Mr. Pipe created along the way. I could see by other reviews on here that their customer service and work is terrible. I am not surprised one bit. If I knew this information beforehand I would have just paid for this work myself and hired a reputable professional company. Don’t walk, RUN from this group of scam artists.

  Got three estimates on replacing a vanity and replacing some fixtures for my shower. Long story short I went with this company thinking that because I paid far more than the cheapest estimate that the work would show but here I am one year later looking to replace our vanity once again. They flat out no-showed us for two days and they said it was a scheduling mistake- a mistake that was the first of many by their side. AVOID
