  My elderly grandmother heard about this place on the radio so called for help, because her dishwasher, and wash tub and kitchen sink weren't draining. The guy comes in and tells her to make out a check for the service call, checks the dishwasher and says it's the sewer. Goes outside and comes back in a couple minutes later and says "The pipe is cracked and I don't want to do it. It's a mess down there" and walked out. I gave 1 star only because I had to. There's a nice way of saying and doing things. At the least, he could have referred someone else.

  Don’s a great guy & plumber. Have used him several times in the three homes we’ve owned since 2008. He’s even provided service free-of-charge twice when we had reoccurring issues. Honest and responsive.
