  I placed an order for a circulation pump. When I was directed to check out. There was one item in my cart for $350. I received a notice from my bank that $700 was charged to my account. I called the phone # from Plumbing Deals email l was sent within the hour of placing the order to try to correct this error. Some one actually answered the phone and said they had taken care of the issue. A few days later I received 2 circulation pumps. I have placed at least 6 phone calls, 2 emails over the last 7 days with out one response. I see lots of high ratings for this company because people actually received there order they placed but just try to get a refund or Return Authorization Number and hope you have better luck then me.
