We've owned two Toto toilets for the last 20 years and I always go to Advanced Plumbing for the required parts. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.
I recommend them highly.

Want to thank Jeff Smith who works at the service counter.   He graciously took extra time to explain to me how to prime and glue the separated PVC waste water pipe under my sink.   I shared photos with him and he also pointed out other items I needed to update.     All he sold me was PVC primer and glue but his advice was priceless.

Very rude staff and a very  judegy. No one greeted us, we we then asked about a product,  and the sales lady was very condensing and told us to go home and take picture of our shower plumbing  and then come back to talk to her.  They have nice products and we were really interested in purchasing, but decided it was worth being treated that way. So disappointed.

This place should be called "Hansgrohe Plumbing." They sell my customers all Hansgrohe stuff. No Delta, No Kohler, all Hansgrohe. The Ibox diverter valve is very very hard to install. Avoid at all costs...

6/13/2018: So a customer of provides faucet from Advanced for me to install..I go to install them and the stems are too short to go through the granite completely. The nut won't screw on because the threads don't extend past the bottom of the granite. Who sells faucets that won't fit 1.25" granite/ quartz? What a joke!
