  The staff are all extremely courteous and knowledgeable about all of their products. Don't be shy, if you have a question about the littlest thing they will go the extra mile to assist you. Plumbers is the go-to supply company for anything plumbing related for my husband's small business. They are a great company for businesses both big and small. I highly recommend opening an account with them if you own a business. They're very accommodating and in a great location!

  I saw the company's billboard driving and stopped in. Amazing service and follow-up from Bobby DesRoche. I took photos of my failing heater, and texted them to him -- and he emailed me back with specific recommendations, next steps, and a link to identify my product. I live about an hour away from Dorchester, but I am always in the area. No doubt that I will recommend Plumber's Supply Company to all of my colleagues and friends in the Boston area. And, I will ask them to ask for Bobby. Thanks for 5 star service.

  I called at 7am to get price and availability on a 100 gallon commercial water heater that needed to be delivered and installed in a 16 unit building the same day. Jaron had their driver pick it up from their Fall River location and it was delivered to the jobsite by 1:30 pm the same day. Big shout out to Tyler and Justin for getting the old unit hauled away and the new one in it's place!
